WHAT WE DO

ROOF INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS

Midwest temperatures fluctuate drastically – roof inspections and maintenance should be done by a qualified roofer twice annually (Spring/Fall).  Roofs are viewed as out of sight and out of mind; as a building owner, it is important to perform general roof inspections. Van’s Pro Services will look for common problems such as tears, punctures, splits, or other physical damage and repair as necessary. Van’s Pro Services can inspect the overall roof condition and remove debris from drainage devices. It is imperative to fix problems as soon as possible to avoid further and possibly irreparable damage.

BOOM TRUCK LIFTS

Van’s Pro Services has a 19-ton BT3870 boom truck available to lift materials and rooftop equipment. The boom truck can lift trash boxes for maintenance work and pick up rooftop mechanicals within the boom truck capabilities. The boom truck can also assist with hanging signs or fixed exterior building ladders.
